L.A. Dance Academy was founded in August 2003 as the result of the hard work and dedication of its founder, Lucy Reveco & Alex Reveco. Their mission was to design a dance environment to bolster self-esteem and self-confidence while providing exercise and excitement. Their focus is on providing the edgy street style experience from L.A. straight into the classroom and onto the dance floor while teaching with a non-pressure approach to ensure that everyone has a rewarding experience.
All teachers at LA Dance Academy are LA Dance certified to teach in their respective disciplines. They all come to our studio with a range of backgrounds and education pertaining to the world of dance and teaching students of every age. All of our teachers continue to maintain their LA Dance certifications through ongoing professional development such as classes, conventions and workshops. All staff at LA Dance are here to guide students and parents through their education in dance and provide a positive, welcoming environment for everyone.
